Free Topic - Coffee

  Hello. This is a paragraph about my free topic - coffee. Remember, a  paragraph includes: - A topic sentence - Two or Three main points - Detail sentences about each main point - A concluding sentence Topic Sentence:   I like to drink coffee. Point 1:  I especially love to go to local roasters.      Detail 1:   One of my favorite local roasters is only a 5 minute walk from my apartment. Point 2:  I also love to drink coffee at local roasters when I travel.      Detail 2:  I always try to buy some coffee from those coffee shops. I have local roast coffee from Takasaki, Kyoto, Gyoda, Kawagoe, Yokohama, and more!  Point 3:   Even though I prefer local coffee, I think it's fun to visit Starbucks, too.      Detail 3:  I like to visit Starbucks when I travel so I can see the many different stores.  My favorites are the Kanetsukidoori shop in Kawagoe and the Ninenzaka Chaya shop in Kyoto. Concluding sentence:  I think that everyone who likes coffee should try local roast coffee in Japan

Point 1:  I especially love to go to hot spring towns.      Detail 1:   Some of my favorite hot spring towns are Hakone, in Kanagawa, and Minakami, in Gunma. Point 2:  I like to travel in the autumn or winter, because I prefer cool weather.      Detail 2:  It's nice to enjoy an outdoor hot spring bath while seeing the changing colors of the leaves, or watching snow fall. Point 3:  My favorite day-use hot spring is Takaragawa Onsen, in Minakami.      Detail 3:  It is beside the river, and has many beautiful outdoor hot springs! I hope you can try it sometime!   Hello. This is a paragraph about my hometown. Point 1:  It's a small town in the United States.      Detail 1:   It's near Canada, but much smaller than Vancouver, BC.  Point 2:  My hometown is very rainy. It rains for most of the year.      Detail 2:  Because it rains all the time, my hometown is very green. It's beautiful all year round. Point 3:  My hometown has lots of small cafes and diners nearby.      Detail 3:  I  especially like to visit local coffee shops and donut shops. There are also great pancakes and cinnamon rolls! There's a diner that serves a cinnamon roll the size of a cake! I recommend it. Concluding sentence:  Even though it's small and a little boring, I hope you can visit my hometown someday.
